Brake Configurator
Stearns online brake configurator uses the latest 3D technology to accelerate projects by offering easy-to-use filters capable of generating brakes and part numbers. This modeling tool generates output files in the most common file extensions both 3D and 2D. Get started by entering a part number OR filtering the options on the left to configure the right brake for your application.
- Specify Project Requirements
- Enter a part number in the search bar or filter brake specifications to validate a Stearns brake & download resources
- Upon entering the part number, the CAD configurator will validate & auto-populate the configurator selections
- 2D/3D Configuration
- After specifications have been entered, select "Update 3D View"
- Make sure to enter numerical values when needed - 0 (zero) instead of the letter "O"
- Download CAD or Drawings
- Choose the download format & select "Download CAD"
- Other download options include: 2D & 3D drawings, PDF datasheets, available modifications
